As Senator of Economy Europe, Joachim Heller represents HELLER MEDIZINTECHNIK GmbH & Co. KG in the Senate of Economy for Europe and Germany.
Due to the corona pandemic, the official awarding of the certificate of appointment will take place in 2021 at an event at the headquarters of the Senate in the house of the Federal Press Conference in Berlin.
The Senate of Economy is made up of personalities from business, science and society who are particularly aware of their responsibility towards the state and society. Together they contribute to the practical implementation of the common good-oriented goals of sustainability in the sense of the eco-social market economy. The Senate of the Economy is reviving the traditional idea of ​​the Senate in ancient times. A balanced circle of friends of independent spirit followed the common good rather than just particular interests. The Senate of the Economy is purely oriented towards the common good and is in constant dialogue with representatives from politics and science. Our honorary senators Jean-Claude Juncker, Prof. Günther Verheugen, Prof. Klaus Töpfer, Prof. Jürgen Rüttgers, Sigmar Gabriel and Rosi Gollmann, along with many other experts, are sources of inspiration.
The ethical principles of the Senate can also be the basis and guidelines for the economic activities of the members of the Senate. Fairness and partnership in business life as well as the social competence of entrepreneurs and executives shape the work in the Senate of Business sustainably.

VITA Joachim Heller

Nach Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann, Besuch des Abendgymnasiums Gießen, war Joachim Heller sieben Jahre als Foto-Fachspezialist im Vertrieb, Produktmanagement und als Foto-Fachreferent in der Leica-Akademie-Foto bei Leitz Wetzlar erfolgreich tätig. Zu diesen Tätigkeiten gehörten u.a. zahlreiche Foto-Weltreisen mit hochwertigen Leica-Equipment der Firma Leitz Wetzlar GmbH und anschließenden Dia-Multivision-Vorträge.


1985 wechselte Joachim Heller in die Bereiche der Medizintechnik und medizinische Diagnostik mit Start in den wissenschaftlichen Vertriebs-Außendienst der Leitz-Niederlassung Stuttgart (Produktsparte Schul- und Forschungsmikroskopie).


Es folgten weitere Vertriebs-Führungspositionen bei den Weltmarkführern Olympus Hamburg (Produktspezialist med. Bildanalyse Europa), Oral-B Frankfurt (Vertriebsleiter Mundhygiene Deutschland), Bayer Diagnostics GmbH (Regionalleitung Vertrieb Mitte), LRE München (Leiter Vertrieb/Marketing Herz-Kreislauf-Diagnostik weltweit).


Nach 20 Jahren Tätigkeiten in Führungspositionen, erfolgte im Jahr 1996 der Start in die Selbständigkeit mit Gründung der Firma HELLER MEDIZINTECHNIK Elektromedizin.


Seit fast 25 Jahren ist Joachim Heller Inhaber und Geschäftsführer des Unternehmens HELLER MEDIZINTECHNIK GmbH & Co. KG mit zentralem Sitz in Braunfels (Hessen). Durch eine nunmehr 35-jährige Erfahrung in der Medizintechnik ist es Joachim Heller mit seinem engagierten Team und innovativen Produkten erfolgreich gelungen, mit Kompetenz und Erfahrung Patienten zu mehr Beweglichkeit und somit zu höherer Lebensqualität zu verhelfen.


2020 wurde Joachim Heller als Geschäftsführer der HELLER MEDIZINTECHNIK GmbH & Co. KG in den Senate of Economy Europe und in den Senat der Wirtschaft Deutschland berufen.
