innoSTIM-KT for pain therapy (TENS)

During treatment with TENS, certain nerve pathways are stimulated via the skin. These stimulation impulses block the transmission of pain to the brain and stimulate the natural release of the body’s own endorphins. In most cases, this can significantly reduce the patient’s perception of pain with virtually no side effects. Any medication taken can be reduced or dispensed with altogether. In addition to the proven parameters for intensive pain therapy, special programs for muscle relaxation and treatment of craniomandibular dysfunction (CMD) are integrated into the innoSTIM-KT.

Indications TENS

• Cervical spine, thoracic spine, lumbar spine syndromes, pain

Contraindications

• • Acute inflammation
  • Skin lesions and inflammation in the treatment area
  • Purulent processes, fever
  • Tumors
  • Thrombophlebitis
  • Pacemakers and electronic implants
  • Metal implants in the area of the electrode pad
